We are from Indiana and came down to Punta Gorda to look for our first home, with very limited time to do so. We had an appointment set up with another realtor before we came down to view homes, but when it came time for our appointment we ran into several issues with that realtor. With only a few days to view homes, we needed to find someone who could show us options ASAP. That’s when we found Paul and Kim and we could not have been more lucky! The very same day we called, they were able to show us 2 homes and set up several more viewing appointments for the next day. On day 2 with Paul and Kim, we found a home we loved and put in an offer. From that point on, we worked with both Paul and Kim to help make our dream a reality. From day 1 to closing day they kept in constant communication with us, our lender, and the other party’s realtor and answered all of our questions during the process (day and night and even over Memorial Day weekend/Memorial Day). Paul has been in and around real estate for many years which was super comforting being a 1st-time homebuyer.
